This programme mainly developed for industrial workers and who was interested to enhance skills and knowledge. The competency programme offered with recognized third body such as Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH); Malaysian Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
