Recognition Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL) PSH UMP

RPEL is an admission assessment organized by UMP for Recognition Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL). It is defined as a systematic process which involves identification, documentation, and assessment of experience-based learning. RPEL is offered to provide an alternative admission for those who interested to further their study in Professional/Executive program by using their experiences. Through RPEL, the student will be assessed thoroughly to comply with the Professional/Executive program entry requirements.

Generally, the RPEL considers individual assessment of the experience-based learning acquired from various aspects not limiting to the work experiences, attended courses and seminars, skills as well as awards during services. As experience-based assessment is emphasized for admission, RPEL Kompeten encourage prospective student especially those from industries to further their education to a higher level as this would at the same time offering better career development and growth.
